Returns and Refunds Policy
In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c, we inform our customers that the products we make fall into the category of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
Consequently, once the order has been placed and the payment has been completed, it is not possible to request a return or refund, except in cases provided by law.
Return Policy Exceptions
We are committed to ensuring the highest quality of our products. However, if errors attributable to us occur, such as:

manufacturing defects,

errors in customization compared to the specifications indicated at the time of ordering,
we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, providing photographic evidence of the defect or error.
Cases Not Covered
Returns or refund requests will not be accepted for:

changes of mind by the customer,

errors in the measurements or specifications provided by the customer when ordering.
