Rules for the Assembly Service

Saddle Condition:
The saddle you send us must be in good structural condition. We do not carry out repairs of any kind. For example, if the seat sponge is detached or damaged, the assembly will not be carried out and the saddle will be sent back to you exactly in the condition in which we received it.
2.Disassembling the seat cover:
To assemble the seat cover on your saddle, the old seat cover must be disassembled. If you are unable to disassemble it, please let us know in advance, so we can find an alternative solution and organize the service in the most efficient way possible.
3.Packaging and Shipping:
The saddle must be packaged appropriately to ensure that it arrives intact.
Please use a rigid box that is easy to open and close so that we can send the saddle back to you once the work is complete.
Makeshift packaging, such as pieces of paper or improvised boxes, will not be accepted.
4.Shipping management:
Shipping is the customer's responsibility, both for sending the saddle to our workshop and for the return shipment.
Make sure you use a reliable courier and add any insurance if deemed necessary.
5.Refusal to assemble:
In the event that the saddle does not meet the conditions indicated above (e.g. detached foam, structural damage, inadequate packaging), we reserve the right to not proceed with the assembly.
The saddle will be returned to you in the same condition in which it was received. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Assembly carried out by third parties:
If the saddle is assembled by third parties and subsequently damaged, we assume no responsibility for any defects or problems found.
How to Proceed to Request the Service
Contact us via WhatsApp indicating your interest in the assembly service and attaching photos of the saddle for an initial evaluation.
Once confirmed that the saddle meets the required conditions, send it to the address we will provide you.
Make sure to follow the packaging rules indicated above to avoid problems during shipping.
As soon as we receive the saddle, we will proceed with assembly and return shipping within the agreed times.

We decline all responsibility for any problems arising from the assembly of the saddle, whether this is carried out directly by the customer or by third parties, such as upholsterers or other external operators.
