Seat Cover Installation Service – Rules

Seat Condition:

The seat you send us must be in good structural condition.

We do not carry out any repairs. For example, if the seat foam is detached or damaged, the installation will not be performed and the seat will be returned to you exactly as it was received.

Removal of the Old Seat Cover:

To install the new seat cover on your seat, the old cover must already be removed. If you are unable to remove it, please inform us in advance so we can find an alternative solution and organize the service as efficiently as possible.

Packaging and Shipping:

The seat must be properly packaged to ensure it arrives undamaged.

Please use a sturdy box that is easy to open and reseal, so we can return the seat once the work is completed.

Improvised packaging, such as loose paper wrapping or poorly assembled boxes, will not be accepted. If we receive packaging that cannot be reused, the cost of a new box will be charged to the customer.

Shipping Management:

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, both for sending the seat to our workshop and for the return shipment.

Please use a reliable courier service and add insurance if deemed necessary.

Refusal of Installation:

If the seat does not meet the conditions listed above (e.g., detached foam, structural damage, inadequate packaging), we reserve the right not to proceed with the installation.

The seat will be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.

Installation Performed by Third Parties:

If the seat is installed by third parties and subsequently damaged, we assume no responsibility for any defects or issues encountered.

How to Request the Service:

Contact us via WhatsApp indicating your interest in the installation service and attach photos of the seat for an initial evaluation.

Once we confirm that the seat meets the required conditions, send it to the address we will provide.

Please make sure to follow the packaging rules listed above to avoid any shipping issues.

As soon as we receive the seat, we will proceed with the installation and return shipment within the agreed timeframe.

Important Notice

We decline all responsibility for any issues arising from seat installation carried out directly by the customer or by third parties, such as upholsterers or other external operators.

We are committed to providing a high-quality service, but it is essential that customers comply with all the stated rules to ensure smooth handling of the process. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
